Rihanna to headline March Madness Music Festival...

A March Madness concert in April? Okay. Who cares when Rihanna is the headliner?

 Ri is certainly getting it in with these promo spots. 

Tune in on April 4th to catch her performance at the NCAA March Madness Music Festival during the NCAA championship tournament. Her new single 'American Oxygen,' which is produced by Alex Da Kid, is also featured in a 30-second promo for NCAA March Madness. 

The three-day concert (3-5) will be held at the White River State Park in Indianapolis.
