Well, well, well. Someone really did take it back to the 90s! Chris Brown released the first set of promos for his upcoming album with Tyga, which is titled 'Fan of a Fan: The Album.' The pics show off his new dreads, similar to Kriss Kross, and his fans have had a field day making fun of him. This look doesn't make me 'jump jump,' but this look does actually suit him, surprisingly enough.
