Justin Timberlake may be plotting ANOTHER new album already...

Last year, Justin Timberlake made an astonishing comeback when he dropped his new album 'The 20/20 Experience' after a 6-year hiatus. Commercially, his comeback was epic.

He has just embarked on a very successful tour (*full concert added*) in promotion of it and the release officially became the best selling album of 2013. The first part even sold close to a million copies in the first week. Altogether, the project has sold a massive 6 million copies.

This is very impressive feat considering that NO ONE is selling R&B music to that capacity. While I was glad he put the genre back into the forefront, I felt that the album was very underwhelming for such a long wait. The project was not on the same standard as his first two albums. The number of single-worthy songs were severely lacking and his tracks just dragged on, though the first part of the album was in deed stronger than the second part. Overall, the album was a let down.

Still, it was good to see pop's biggest IT boy had not turned his back on music entirely, and it even appears he is making his comeback a little more permanent. Here is what he tweeted earlier today:
Exciting. I am so over 'The 20/20 Experience' at this point. It wasn't a bad album, I just expected better. I know he is capable of bringing the heat, so I truly want him to step up. Whatever 'sound' he chooses this time, DITCHING Timbaland along the way would be a good start. He probably feels he owes it to Tim because Tim played a part in the mega success of his first two albums and that's actually okay if his contributions are limited. But another album entirely produced by Timbaland? Um, no. Personally, I would like to see him working with brand new producers to give his music a fresher standing. What do you think?
