Ariana Grande belts out the title track off her new album 'My Everything' during Stand Up to Cancer on Friday evening (September 5th) in Hollywood. 

The 21-year-old singer performed the heartfelt ballad in honour of her late grandfather who passed away from cancer earlier this year. Her performance may very well be the most heart-wrenching thing you will see in quite a while.
