Snapshot: Chris Brown's OUTDATED 'X' album cover...

Is this REALLY the official artwork for Chris Brown's long-awaited sixth studio album 'X' (due September 16th)? I kid you not, it really is. RCA tried it with this old ass photo. It's been floating around FOR MONTHS along with those old promo pics of him rocking the blonde hair (1, 2). 

The only difference is that they removed the smoke from his mouth. I can't! When was the last time Breezy rocked blonde hair? Are they really that pressed on funds why they couldn't even shoot a brand new album cover? What are your thoughts on the lazy cover art?
