The New York Times, who has put Rihanna on a high fashion pedestal, threw some serious shade at Beyoncé this week, claiming that the one trait she does not seem to actually merit is “fashion icon.”
They may not have lied but the truth is, she doesn't need to be a fashion icon. People know her for being an amazing talent. Isn't it better to be remembered for your work than for the actual clothes on your back? Anyway, I just wanted a reason to post these newest Instagram pics because she looks so fierce in them, and if they don't inspire you to hit a gym, I don't know what will!
