Mariah Carey’s new album ‘Chanteuse’ debuts at #3 on Billboard 200...

Mariah Carey’s fourteenth studio album 'Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse' enters the Billboard 200 at #3 with 58,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. This marks her lowest first week sales of her career despite the album receiving much critical acclaim. The album spawned a number of singles including the Miguel-assisted '#Beautiful,' and more recently, 'You’re Mine (Eternal).'

'#Beautiful,' peaked at #15 on the Billboard Hot 100, while 'You’re Mine' peaked at #88. Can this album still be saved, or has her chances been marred by poor single choices, lackluster promotion and multiple delays?
