Update on Rihanna's new album...

News has been rather quiet on Rihanna's eighth studio album so Navy will be pleased to know we got some over the weekend. Scottish singer-songwriter Emeli Sandé has just confirmed that she just got back from a “writing camp” in Paris for Rihanna’s new album, and the following week, she is bound for New York, to write again with Alicia Keys.

She is no stranger to either artist having penned 'Half of Me' for Rihanna's last album 'Unapologetic' (2012) and 'Brand New Me' for Alicia's last album 'Girl on Fire' (2012). Emeli isn't the only one spilling, but I think it was always apparent that Stargate was going to produce for Rihanna's next era because they have MORE hits with her than anyone else.
