New Music: Michael Jackson & J. Timberlake – ‘Love Never Felt So Good’ [official single]...

Vintage MJ!

Last night, Usher premiered Michael Jackson’s new single 'Love Never Felt So Good' at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Usher and his dancers moved around to the beat while the song played for the very first time.

The production is really nice, and I was not disappointed. With its R&B and 70s disco vibe, the track is vintage MJ at best, due to it being very 'Off The Wall'. Classics like 'Can't Stop Till You Get Enough' and 'Rock With You' can be heard all up in the production. It's THAT oldschool. The only issue is that critics would probably deem it dated and stuck in time when it was promised many a time that this new album would have a more contemporary sound.

'Love Never Felt So Good' was penned by MJ and Paul Anka, and serves as the first single off MJ's posthumous album 'Xscape', due May 13th. The song made its official radio debut this morning. There's a version with Justin Timberlake and a solo version, which you can listen to below.
