Prior to her forthcoming residency in West End musical The Bodyguard, Alexandra Burke drops a new song to iTunes today. 'Where Do Hearts Go?' is a big, hearty ballad with some power vocals. She released it herself with no label backing. She previously dropped her second EP 'New Rules' last August and has been hard at work on a third studio album.
Verdict: 'Where Do Hearts Go?' is too long, too Disney-esque and the production sounds cheap and unfinished. Most likely, it won't go anywhere, but at least it's something new.
She is set to perform the track on BBC 1's Good Friday broadcast this week. Grab it on iTunes now.
