Lana Del Rey's new single 'West Coast' has become her second biggest US hit of her career. Previously, Cedric Gervais's remix of 'Summertime Sadness' placed at #6 on the chart. However, 'West Coast', set for release in the UK on May 18th, entered the Billboard Hot 100 at #17 selling 110,000 copies this week.
The beach-located visuals will premiere in the coming days.
'West Coast' is definitely one of Lana's strongest offerings to date so any success the song encounters is validated in my book. Her third studio album 'Ultraviolence' is slated to drop this Spring.
