JoJo dishes on upcoming new single + album...

Now that her long-term lawsuit with Blackground Records has come to an end, JoJo is excited about releasing new music with Atlantic Records. She sat down with ABC News to talk about the hotly anticipated new single and project. 

JoJo says she can’t wait to create a classic album, which will have a diverse collection of songs.

These songs will help to explain her as a young woman, not just girl power anthems or male-bashing songs, but songs that reflect different influences. Her aim is to drop her first official single this coming summer, and she would like to tour in support of it. Perseverance goes a long way and she's served up some major gems on that first mixtape.
