Beyoncé featured in 'Ban Bossy' campaign: “I’m not bossy, I’m the Boss”...

Beyoncé joins the 'Ban Bossy' campaign, founded by Sheryl Sandberg’s 'Lean In' foundation. The campaign stresses how the word 'bossy' is seen as a negative term to describe young women who are ambitious and career driven. It's not the first time the singer has championed her feminist voice.

Earlier this year, she penned a feminist essay and has used the same stance on her latest new album. Check out the PSA below.

The PSA also stars Jennifer Garner, Jane Lynch, Condoleezza Rice and more.

Their official declaration goes by the following:
“When a little boy asserts himself, he’s called a “leader.” Yet when a little girl does the same, she risks being branded “bossy.” Words like bossy send a message: don’t raise your hand or speak up. By middle school, girls are less interested in leading than boys—a trend that continues into adulthood. Together we can encourage girls to lead.
