Kelly Rowland (+ Adrienne Bailon) for New York Fashion Week (Part Three)...

We've been seeing Kelly Rowland so much during New York fashion week. I wonder if she knew beforehand that X Factor USA was about to get axed by FOX. Yes, it's now official. The announcement went out last night, not that I'm shocked. Kelly was probably celebrating at the Cushnie Et Ochs MADE fashion show last night.

Putting jokes aside, I'm just shocked that X Factor USA actually made it to three miraculous seasons. I mean, how?! I also love how both Simon Cowell and FOX are making it look like the real reason for the show's cancellation was down to him going back to the UK version. Nothing to do with flop ratings then?
