Chris Brown appears in court, avoids jail...

LA Superior Court Judge James Brandlin has rejected a prosecutor’s request to have Chris Brown thrown in jail. Brandlin believes Chris would be better off completing his 90-day rehab for anger management rather than being put in jail. The singer appeared in an LA court yesterday alongside his girlfriend Karrueche Tran and attorney Mark Geragos for a review of the evidence in his D.C. misdemeanor assault case. He is due back in court on February 28th.

Rehab favours him. During these last few court appearances, he's been looking very sharp and healthy. Question is, will he be able to turn his life around at the end of it?
