Beyoncé will perform at the 56th annual
Grammy Awards on January 26th! It would serve as her first televised performance in promotion of her self-titled new album. An album that has sold 1.5 million copies in the States to date. Grammy Awards show producer
Ken Ehrlich is being really cryptic about the performance stating that the potential is there for that kind of moment. The fact that he issued a statement of sort confirms it in my book. Altogether, Beyoncé has won 17 Grammys in her entire solo career. I know that a lot of fans will be pissed if this is just some deliberate ploy to get people to watch the show.
I mean, award shows are nothing without your
Britney's,
Beyoncé's,
Janet's,
Usher's, and
Justin Timberlake's. I feel she WILL perform though. I hope Beyoncé performs
'Drunk In Love'. I want a performance with some sass and attitude and
'Drunk In Love' will provide that. Beyoncé will be the saviour on Grammy night. Ya'll just wait and see. She is going to shut shit down. Get ready!
