Apparently, Ashanti appears hopeful that her serially delayed new album 'Braveheart' will see a release this year. After releasing a plethora of singles, many of which failed to chart, she went back into the studio to rework the entire project. It was initially set to drop in 2012, and here 2014 has rolled right around and she's still banging on about its impending release. I think 2014 isn't going to be that much different from the previous years in which the album was suppose to drop. Amazon will have fun playing yoyo with her release dates and 12 months would have passed without the album seeing the shelf of a record store. What gives? Then she recently posted these new-ish promo shots from the album via Instagram, outtakes from a photoshoot she unveiled back in 2011. I can't.
