Watch: Jennifer Hudson talks new album...

This week, Jennifer Hudson dropped by 'The Angie Martinez Show' to talk about a number of topics including her upcoming new album.

She name-drops two popular producers that are working on the project and says that it will be “extremely different” from her past music. The album is slated to drop sometime next year but until then, check out what she has to say about it inside!

On her new album:

“I’ve been working with [Pharrell] quite a bit on my album, and Timbaland as well. This whole project this time around is extremely different and every session felt like a party, like we was getting our jam on.”

After the repetitive material served up with Justin Timberlake's big musical comeback this year, I'm not anticipating anything Timbaland-related. But at least she's planning on dropping it so that
we don't have to keep watching her singing on bloody Weight Watchers.
