I kind of like the beat to this. Only because the Mike WiLL Made It production sounds like a retro nod to Salt N Pepa's 1987 hit, 'Push It'.
It's kind of cool in an odd way.
Miley Cyrus sounds a fool trying to rap, so Nicki Minaj need not worry at this point. I think I'd have liked it better if Britney Spears handled the track on her own though.

It's pretty catchy too and I like that it has some reminiscence to Britney's 'Freakshow'. That urban flare gives it a nice touch as well. I'd like to see a video for it later on down the line. Miley's album 'Bangerz' drops on October 8th.
