Vampire Diaries beauty Kat Graham attended People's 'ONES To Watch Party' last night.I love Kat. I love VD. And I hate that her character has been slighted (due to being killed off). But I'm still excited to get my VD kicks this winter when Season 5 eventually airs here.
Now as for this outfit, it's quite loud. But I like the look. The problem is, SHE just wasn't owning it. She'd be a fierce bitch if only she knew what worked for her.
