We all know Kelly Rowland has that gymnastic body to die for but I can't say I'm a fan of her latest 'Shape' cover. The question that should be asked is, why does her face even look like this? It looks... off. I think it's one of her most unflattering and that's a shame because she's actually the prettiest of chocolate sista's out there. No, this cover isn't what THAT tragic Vibe one was to Mary J. Blige but I still would NOT have approved it.Kelly has been on the promo circuit plugging season 3 of X Factor USA, as well as accompanying Simon Cowell with several sit down interviews here and there. Cowell seems pleased now that he has found someone who can actually speak (oops), but sadly, the show is officially a FLOP! Last night's premiere episode opened with a paltry 6.2 million total viewers and a 2.1 demo rating. Numbers are down 29 and 38 percent from last years opener, and representing half of what was debuted during the first season in September 2011 (12.5 mil and 4.4). Ow ow ow!
We can pretty much say Kelly may NOT be benefiting from judging on season 4 because there simply won't be one (I'm actually shocked that the show was even renewed for a third season to be honest). Anyway, Kelly's album 'Talk A Good Game' has not had much commercial impact either and probably won't since no one cares enough to watch her on X Factor USA, but I still root for her and would like to see her plug it again...at some point.
