Here's a brand new cut from Ciara! The track titled ‘Wake Up, No Make Up’ is produced by Mike WiLL and co-written by Ciara’s rumoured new boyfriend Future. The track will reportedly appear on Future's new mixtape ‘The Movie’ and serves as momentum for Ciara’s upcoming new album 'One Woman Army’. The uptempo cut samples her previous single 'Ride' and consists of a bass-thumping beat that has Ci name-dropping her favourite brands (Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, J's) and warning 'hoes' about her swag.
The track has similar structure to Rihanna's new single 'Pour It Up', which is not surprising given that both cuts are masterminded by the same producer. The beat knocks hard but it sounds unfinished. Mike WiLL is also confirmed for Ci's new album so I'm definitely anxious to hear what he's laced her up with!
